About Star Farms
Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch is a gated village on about 1,300 acres, planned for roughly 2,800 homes. Floor plans range from about 1,500 to over 5,000 square feet. There are several builders here including D.R. Horton, Homes by WestBay, Perry Homes, John Cannon, and Lee Wetherington so the street mix runs from production builders to custom builders.
The village is not age-restricted. Amenities are split across four campuses so families and active adults are not sharing one clubhouse calendar. The Resort Club is the social hub. Junction Place is the family campus (after-school programs, kids’ activity). Adventure Retreat is the active-adult campus (clubs, wellness, a quieter pool). Cabana Corner is the smaller pavilion-and-pool stop. Official marketing calls this bundled: no big initiation fee, with access covered by association assessments.
