About Star Farms in Lakewood Ranch
Star Farms is a gated village in northeast Lakewood Ranch, about 1,300 acres, with room for roughly 2,800 homes. It is not age-restricted. Some streets are townhomes and villas. Others are production or custom single-family, from about 1,500 to over 5,000 square feet. D.R. Horton, Homes by WestBay, Perry Homes, John Cannon, and Lee Wetherington all build here.
The Resort Club is open: clubhouse, resort pool, fitness, coffee shop, pet park. Three more campuses are still on the official plan. Junction Place is the family campus, Adventure Retreat is the quieter active-adult campus, and Cabana Corner is a smaller pavilion-and-pool stop. Access is bundled through the HOA. No golf.
Saddlestone is the newer neighborhood inside the same gates, not a separate village. Lake Manatee K-8 sits next to Star Farms (elementary is open; middle is phasing in). High school is commonly Lakewood Ranch High.
