Cresswind in Lakewood Ranch

Cresswind is a gated 55+ village on the northeast side of Lakewood Ranch, built by Kolter Homes. The community has 648 single-family homes on tree-lined streets with wide, lit walkways. At least one resident in each home must be 55 or older, so the pace, the clubs, and the calendar all fit an active adult lifestyle.

Life here centers on Club Cresswind, the lakeside clubhouse run by a full-time Lifestyle Director. Programs follow Kolter's F.R.E.E. approach (Fitness, Relationships, Education, and Entertainment). Inside you will find the training center, a group fitness studio, an art studio with ceramics, game rooms, and social spaces.

Outside, residents share a resort-style pool, a resistance pool, a hot tub, tennis, pickleball, bocce, a dog park, and an event lawn. Homes range from about 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, in single-story and two-story plans with bonus rooms. Lawn care is included, so weekends stay free.
